Shaun White’s annual music festival and big air competition, Air + Style, will return in its fourth year to Exposition Park in Los Angeles, on March 3 & 4.
Air + Style recently revealed their single day lineups for musical acts so fans who want to make the trip down can plan accordingly. On Saturday, ticket holders can catch Zedd, DRAM, Cashmere Cat, and Mura Masa, while those who attend the festival on Sunday will catch less electronic music as Phoenix, Gucci Mane, Tinashe, and Phantogram are scheduled to perform.
Some of the world’s most revered athletes will compete at this year’s festival, including professional skateboarders: Lizzie Armanto, Pedro Barros, CJ Collins and Cory Juneau. In addition, professional snowboarders Jill Perkins, Jess Kimura, Zak Hale, Louif Paradis and Anto Chamberlin will be competing for the Air + Style LA 2018 title.
Air + Style always tastefully caters some of the top acts in different genres to provide event goers with a diverse listening experience making it a great event for family and friends. The big air competition has also expanded this year to snowboarding and skateboarding. In the past the competition in Los Angeles has focused on ski and snowboard, but with Los Angeles’ sunny California weather, it only makes sense for the competition to transition into skateboarding with the prominent skate culture of Venice Beach within close proximity.
This is truly one of the few events where fans are able to enjoy watching some of their favorite athletes in the competitive rounds of big air, while catching their favorite artists’ live music performances simultaneously, providing the perfect opportunity to boogie in between sets.
