That way he can do what he wants. They all believe that they will benefit from KJ being a strong mayor. If this goes through, he will fire anybody who disagrees with him just as he has at his other organizations. When he does something illegal, he will pay them off. Everyone makes mistakes. However an honorable person admits that they made mistakes and accepts the responsibility that goes with them. KJ, on the other hand, pays people off and requires non-disclosure statements. That way he can still claim that he was innocent. It is too bad that people are so easily influenced by someone that talks a good talk.
