The City would be better off swapping the parcel with the zoo and putting the zoo on Centrage. There's plenty of access around Land Park, as well as shopping and park space, and the zoo doesn't need multiple entry points.

I swore I'd never darken the door of Texas West BBQ after having the worst meat ever to call itself barbecue there, but I may have to go back and try those fries.

I saw many Sacramento Ballet performances at the Community Center Theater, but I must say I enjoyed the Beer and Ballet I attended at the studio much more. In that intimate setting, the company shines all the brighter. I'd encourage anyone who could use a fun night out to check out the next one.
