Perhaps someone will step up to bank roll a Beta version of Kidaround. I'm sure Sacramento moms will hear from Barbara Hennelly again ...

Finishing up my second reading of the Outlander series as my daughter finishes up her 1st round and mother is beginning book #2. My daughter and I are traveling to Scotland in October just to see as many Outlander sights as possible and you can bet we're bringing our precious stones! We're all avid readers (primarily classics, history, historical and science fiction with social commentary) - and the Outlander series has become one of our all-time favorites - we think Diana is absolutely brilliant, aye!

This is so interesting. Once again, I have managed to miss out on a local event that I would have love to have been a part of. :( I'll have to go next year if there's another. It's still really great to know that there are other aspiring writers out there who just love to tell stories and have their work shared, regardless of whether or not it makes them money. I think the best writers write because they're passionate about it, not because they're out to make a buck or pen a best-seller.
