All three local Kaiser Permanente hospitals – South Sacramento, Sacramento and Roseville medical centers – were honored Wednesday with an “A” Hospital Safety ScoreSM by The Leapfrog Group, an independent national nonprofit run by employers and other large purchasers of health benefits.
