On every second friday of the month the small city of Davis, home to one of the most prestigious colleges in the state, is taking a great idea from Sacramento's "Second Saturday" and is spinning it there own way. Instead of music and art inside bars, resteraunts, cafe's, and art galleries like Sacramento does, Davis does it like a small town and puts the music outside at the E. St. Plaza and Central Park.
