Conversation about: Grocery Outlet to open 17th & Capital
i used to live in west sac and would shop at the grocery outlet there. i do not know if the same couple owns that particular store, but i witnessed that "wife" owner totally out and out yell at customers various times. totally turned me off. stopped going there and eventually moved to sac. don't know if she and her husband are still there. don't care. she was bad news.
