I hope live music returns to Old I. I have many a fond memory seeing some great local bands there and even playing there myself back in the day.

Wow, who knew Sacramento had so many successful food blogs. I think Sacramento is at the very beginnings of a foodie awakening and these bloggers are the vanguard leading the way. Thanks SacPress for turning me on to some new foodie resources. Some will definitely be making it into my favorites folder.

Yea!!! Summer markets are one of my favorite things about summer in California.

Please!!! Doesn't our city, it's government and business leaders have more important things to worry about than the Kings!?!?!?! I'm just soooo sick of it. If they spent 1/10th the time and energy other more pressing social, financial and cultural matters we would truly be a world class city - nuff said!
