    <content type="text">If your house is in the process of a short sale, which I do not want to do, my lender advise me that was my only option! cause they denied me 3 time of Loan Modification.

I really want to keep my home!! with the Bill of Rights for homeowner going in effect in January of 2013,  what can I do???</content>

    <content type="text">Actually, moving out of California is the best thing you can do to lower, or eliminate, *every other* tax. For property tax, however, it depends upon the state to which you move.</content>

    <content type="text">How about a photo of our expert instead of his logo on the column? Dear Abby probably has her photo on her column. I'm not doubting credentials but the ham fisted way you guys approach these "edu-tising"  or ""edu-tainment" pieces really lets all sides down.</content>
