What jumped out to me in yesterday's statement from George Maloof was the persistent use of the phrase "go back to Sacramento," as if they'd already left. I understand that the Maloofs may have been well down the road to Honda-land, but the emphatic repetition leads me to believe that even if the Kings stay beyond the next year, the Maloofs won't soon forget being strong-armed by the NBA to stay.
