It's old, historic, charming. Stop trying to make eceryrhing look new, look cookie cutter. This isn't granite bay or el dorado hills, love the bridge or leave it alone.
I know of people who have gone to these places and for a few hundred dollars get a prescription for ailments they don't even have. I was told they sell it. On the other had I have a friend with MS and a relative with full blown AIDS that swear by it. I think that the restrictions should be on the crap doctors that probably never passed their medical practice exams ir whatever they need to practice. If the whole business wasn't so shady then legitimate doctors could prescribe it to truly needy people. I myself sufferr from chronic pain that meds not help all the time. I tried this so called medicine and I HATED it!!! I was hallucinating, I thought I was going to die it go crazy. It's not for me but since there are some ppl who benefit then let them but I'd say make restrictions tighter. When I find sport in counting the dispensary adds in SNR then there is a problem. Way too many have sprung up overnight. In my humble opinion.
I'm heading my way to all those markets though.. Thank you for the article!!
Now if only I could find Hungarian food. The one "Hungarian" place in Sacramento us Cafe Marika. It's yummy but not really Hungarian. The food was good but more Germanic and when Hungarian was spoken by my family we were told they were Chech. I'm not an ethnic snob but I'm dying for goulash as good as I had in Budapest. I'm not a cook and Grandma isn't around anymore. Woe is me. ;-)
GREAT images!

Sorta sad. We don't have a healthy evisystem now. I doubt a fish that size would ever be found in our area of the river nowadays.
