Well I am happy to see them come to mid town! As the article states you will have a choice of counter OR sit down service. (Many folks want to get back to work quickly and need fast ordering. Remember with more service comes a higher price.) Having just returned from Thailand two weeks ago I am thrilled to see an authentic restaurant come to Sacramento. Street food is what is missing in America. We have fast food, but that's not the same. Street food is real food, fresh food prepared so that it can be eaten on the run or taken home to eat. It is also smaller portions. There are very few restaurants that will sell a small and quick nutritious dish. Think skewers of grilled meat, or vegetables. I am looking forward to dining with them and suggest they make an Internet site for those of us who would like to stay abreast of the restaurants progress and opening.

Authentic Belgian waffles are fantastic! They really are a completely different food than what we call "Belgian waffles" in America. Can't wait to find your truck. Thanks for coming to Sacramento!

Same here, I drove by on Sunday and thought--how'd I miss this place? How did I not hear of them and they are already closed up for business. Wrong I was! Yeah. You were just not open yet. Great to know. I'll be back soon.
