You're right, job development is a pivotal component of the solution.  On-going job development outreach, training and support are critical to the success of ending chronic homelessness.  Sacramento Steps Forward is using a wide-angle lens approach to this large, multi-layered, cyclical issue and we look forward to seeing panoramic improvements in our region.</content>
