The minute she laid eyes on it, Sally Flory-O’Neil knew she was taking it home: a brand new, 3-foot-tall cat scratching tree for just $10. “It was an incredible find,” Midtown resident Flory-O’Neil said. “They usually sell for $80 or $90.” Treasures of all shapes and sizes will be waiting for bargain hunters at the Boulevard Park Neighborhood Association’s annual yard sale in Midtown Saturday. The sale starts at 9 a.m. on the 22nd Street median between F and G streets and wraps up at 1 p.m., according to the BPNA Park Beat newsletter.
