The fourth annual Niello Audi Quattro Cup is coming up on July 23rd at the Ridge Golf Club in Auburn. Proceeds will benefit Diogenes Youth Services, a non-profit organization which provides critical social services to runaway, homeless and at-risk youth in Sacramento. The National finals are in South Carolina and the World Finals are in Italy! As an alternative to the tournament format, you can play a four-person scramble format. New sponsorship and advertising program for city parks

Imagine playing softball at your local park and seeing an ad for a local sports equipment store, or going to a city skatepark and finding out there's a sale at the nearest skate shop. This type of city-business interaction could be possible with the Department of Parks and Recreation's Community Sponsorship Initiative. Thursday afternoon at the Sacramento Softball Complex, the department unveiled its new funding program, CSI, which was approved by the City Council April 6.
