Three miles of running, walking, laughing, jumping into big mud puddles, sliding down foamy slides of humungous inflatables, crawling on your belly and up and over cargo netting, Like military bootcamp, but  fun and with friends.

"The 5k Foam Fest is the newest and craziest race to hit the nation!," says its website. Kids, teens and adults can all enjoy the fun.
