    <content type="text">It is always rationalized the money comes from federal or state funds (don't worry no local funds are used).  No matter what government source the money comes from it is TAXPAYER money.  This needs to be remember as we spend north of what it would cost to build a home complete with a three car garage in the suburbs to build an SRO or efficiency unit.  If Romney was paying his fair share in taxes...I might not mind...but it is working folks who are paying taxes not the Romneys'</content>
