Groups of people arrived during the afternoon to enjoy The LAUNCH Music Festival. There was plenty going on during the two hours I was there. It was hot. Folks huddled together in shade or listened to music standing in the sun. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves

It sounds like there were some technical and timing problems at this year's event--apparently DJ decks were not provided, so the local DJs that would have been spinning in between bands didn't have equipment to use. That explains a lot of the on-stage dead air.
