As our nation celebrates another Independence Day all throughout the United States parades and fireworks are the primary way to celebrate the 4th of July.

The city of Roseville celebrated with a parade that began at the intersection of Riverside Avenue, Vernon Street and Douglas Boulevard.

Roseville Police on motorcycles opened the parade as they rode towards the parade route.

Floats, antique automobiles, boy scouts, girl scouts, brownies and cub scouts took their turn down the parade route and several military groups were also included.

Marching bands, equestrian and long horn riders, political and community organizations and many more groups paraded down Vernon Street, turned right at Lincoln Street and Park Drive and ended up at Royer Park.
