It’s as though she is just a spectator rather than a contributor to meaningful topics. This leaves me with the impression transparency of important city issues are not her style. Look, we live in a City where we can look at a strong-Governor form of government first-hand. I am referring, of course, to State government. If you think that the State works and worked really, really well (or at least equally well) under Arnold's weak leadership as it does under Jerry's strong one, then you should support the strong mayor initiative.
