The California Winter Games Committee is a group of business, civic and state leaders, who in cooperation with the Reno-Tahoe Winter Games Coalition.     <content type="text">I'm a bit confused. Tahoe is part of a Reno bid as well. Is this distinct from that bid or a part of it?</content>
