The city and surrounding area have at least 30 blogs dedicated to two things all its residents have in common: food and eating.

Foodies can find blogs dedicated to cooking and eating locally, frugally, gluten-free or raw. There are also people who concentrate on baking, desserts, finding the best burger or even hunting and gathering ingredients.

<content type="text">I'm not a Sacramento local, I have friends there so I keep up a little-and I am a foodie-so I know a few Sacramento area blogs- you know, the ones that are more nationally known. So, I've got to ask, how did you miss writing about Cooking Schmooking? I mean, it's Cooking Schmooking! How could you disregard or miss such a popular and well written, fun to follow blog? Cooking Schmooking is the blog that did "Sundays With Marlena"- along with Eileen and Karen of Just The Two Of Us and Rajesh and Shankari of Sacramento Spice, both blogs that you listed- so how did you miss Cooking Schmooking? I know that Melody is VERY active in the foodie community there, too. She is always blogging her activities, including fundraisers, with other bloggers and foodies. That's not some tiny blog from nowhere, it's a long running and well established Sacramento blog. Not listing Cooking Schmooking is a HUGE disservice to readers of Sacramento Press. Please, write an article about Cooking Schmooking- so that readers will get to know them if they don't already.
