    <content type="text">Starting January 1, 2013, the law will change.  If more than 18 days has passed since you moved out and your remaining property is worth less than $700 (up from $300), the landlord is free to dispose of it without taking further steps.</content>

    <content type="text">Can you sue your landlord for not landscaping  EVER??  I am SO grateful to have an apartment, but this entire place has not been attended to since 1998.  It DOES matter how you feel if your place is attractive.  My question is frivolous, but I am asking SHRA to attempt to provide curb appeal to all us voucher recipients in all its apartments.
